Hozo NeoBlade Ultrasonic Cutting Knife

The NeoBlade is a compact, fully wireless ultrasonic cutting knife built for makers, modellers and 3D printing workflows. Its blade vibrates at 40,000 Hz, slicing cleanly through resin, PLA, ABS, leather, carbon fibre, plywood and more without tearing or crushing the material.

Adaptive power output (9 to 40W) adjusts to the material automatically, while a built-in 13,000 RPM turbine fan and aluminium alloy chassis keep the tool cool during extended use. A twist-lock hot-swap battery system means no downtime, and safety features including a child lock and instant-off trigger keep it safe on the bench.

Two cutting modes

• Precision Mode: press and hold for short, controlled cuts on delicate detail
• Continuous Mode: lock on for uninterrupted cutting on larger jobs
